General Questions

What is Brandsfever?

Brandsfever is a members only exclusive private shopping club in Singapore. We offer our members exclusive access to trendsetting international brands at up to 80% off. Our online sales last for a limited time period (usually a few days) and have limited quantities.

How does Brandsfever work?

Before we start each sale event, we send out an email invitation to our members who have subscribed to this service. Each event lasts for a limited period of time. Our members log on to when the sale events start and save up to 80% with each purchase.

Does Brandsfever guarantee authenticity and quality?

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and are committed to protecting the same. Brandsfever is collaborating with various trustworthy merchants dealing with multiple famous brands.

If a product featured on our portal turns out to be non-authentic after our investigation, it will immediately be removed from service, and the supplier attempting to sell any such product will be blocked permanently from accessing our portal.

If for any reason you feel that the item that you have ordered from us might be non-authentic, you may report it to our Customer Service within 48 hours and request for a full refund from us. Upon receiving the disputed product, they will be re-examined by the officer-in-charge. If it is confirmed that the product(s) is non-authentic, you will receive an immediate refund in the equivalent amount of the purchased product.

Sales Events

What is a sales event?

Every week we bring you trendsetting international brands at in the form of sales events. Each sale event lasts for a limited time and has limited quantities.

Does the availability of an item change during a sales event?

Yes. As we have a limited number of each item our sales are on a first come, first served basis. We do not restock items - so it helps to log in early! The products that are SOLD OUT will be marked as such and if a product is shown to be still available, you will receive it when purchased. So, you will always know which products are available for purchase.

Invitations and Store Credits

How do I invite my friends to Brandsfever?

You can invite your friends by visiting the invitations page. You can invite your friends from your addressbook on popular services such as Google, Yahoo, Hotmail etc. by entering their email addresses or by posting your personal invitation link on your website, blog or on social media websites such as facebook and twitter.

How do I track my invitations?

You can track who has accepted your invitations by clicking see the people I have invited under my account.

How do I receive store credits?

Every time one of your friends who signed up through your invitation makes their first purchase on Brandsfever, we will credit your account with S$20 store credit that you can use for future purchases.

How can I see the store credits I have earned?

You can see your store credits by clicking see my store credits under my account.


How can I change my order?

You can add/delete items to your orders as long as your order is not complete. Once your order is complete, it can not be changed.

Can I combine different items from different campaigns into one cart?

Usually, it is possible to purchase products from different campaigns and only check out once with a single cart. There may be instances though when several carts are required. In case of a combination of products from different campaigns in one cart, please be aware that your combined order will be shipped once the later campaign has ended.


What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept payment by all credit/debit cards via PayPal, or you can pay by using your PayPal Account.

Do I need a PayPal account to make payment?

No you don't. You can pay by credit/debit cards without a PayPal account. After being redirected to PayPal for payment, simply select the "Use your credit or debit card to pay" option.

Is my payment information safe on Brandsfever?

Yes. We go to great lengths to ensure the safety of your data. Your personal information is encrypted by a 128/256bit SSL connection. Furthermore, we have no access to your bank data, and we do not store your bank or credit card information.


How much does shipping cost?

Actual shipping fees will be calculated and presented to you at the checkout.

When will my order arrive?

After the campaign is over, your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 weeks unless otherwise stated in the product description. We will notify you via email when your order is shipped. It usually takes approximately 3 business days in Singapore for your order to be delivered to your address.


Can I return my items?

Yes, you can return certain purchased items in their original condition. For more information, please see our return policy

Can I exchange my items?

Unfortunately no. Since our sales events are time and quantity limited, we can not offer any exchange for any product.
